 Registration Information

NZIS Member -  Early-bird for registrations paid prior to 30  June 2013: $550.00 + GST. After this date the fee is $650.00 +GST
The fee includes: All conference sessions, the conference electronic device, catering thoughout the conference days, Welcome function on Wednesday (drinks and nibbles), Conference Dinner Saturday night (including pre-dinner drinks and tour of Toitu, three course meal, drinks and entertainment).

Non Member - Early-bird for registrations paid prior to 30 June 2013: $750.00 + GST. After this date the fee is $850.00 + GST.
The fee includes : 1 year NZIS Affilliated membership; All conference sessions, the conference electronic device, catering thoughout the conference days, Welcome function on Wednesday (drinks and nibbles), Conference Dinner Saturday night (including pre-dinner drinks and tour of Toitu, three course meal, drinks and entertainment)

NZIS Member Day Registation:  $300.00 + GST excludes all evening events.
The fee includes: Attendance on the day of registration, programme and catering for the day of attendance.
Note: If the supply allows, Conference computer tablets will be available from the conference reception desk for purchase during the conference - $100.00 

Non Members Day Registation:  $350.00 + GST excludes all evening events.
The fee includes: Attendance on the day of registration, programme and catering for the day attendance.

Thursday 29 August:  Decade Reunion at Forsyth Bar Stadium  $ 70 + GST

Friday 30 August:  Party at Basil Jones’s - The Link building    $35 + GST  (Includes a drink on arrival and then cash bar.)

Saturday 31 August:  Conference Dinner – Toitu Settlers Museum  $110.00 + GST  (Inlcudes pre-dinner drinks and tour of Toitu, three course Dinner, drinks and entertainment.)

Accommodation

To access bookings, which are held by the conference, it is necessary to book through the registration website. 

Quoted rates - per room/per night for up to 2 persons, include GST.

Cancellations within 48 hrs will incur a one night fee.

Bedding configuration is indicated - some properties can allow an extra person in a room or unit. If you wish to allow for an extra person please email convene@dcms.co.nz  and the extra per night cost will be advised.

Special Requirements

Any attendees with specific requirements (for instance, prescribed medical diets, disabled access etc) are asked to advise details via the on-line registration process.
